In 2022, the number of disputes brought to the judiciary increased by approximately 36% compared to 2020.(1) This not only indicates an increase in the workload of the judicial authorities, but also prolongs the proceedings and delays justice.
Again, according to the statistics for 2022, the average duration of the examination of disputes by the judicial authorities is shown in the tables below. (2)
In the light of these data, trying to resolve disputes before the judicial authorities is no longer a logical way in our legal system, which also has alternative dispute resolution methods, due to the financial burden and opportunity cost it causes.
